Q: Will my thoughts be backed up to a server?
A: No. ltqd uses local storage technology. Your data is only stored on your iPhone device. We recommend enabling iCloud backup to prevent data loss.
Q: What if the voice-to-text recognition is inaccurate?
A: Voice recognition relies on iOS system services. Please ensure your network connection is stable and the "Speech Recognition" permission is enabled in Settings.
Q: What if my premium membership features do not take effect after purchase?
A: You can tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings. The system will verify your history with Apple and reactivate it. If the issue persists, send an email with a screenshot of your Apple receipt to our support mailbox, and we will handle it manually.
