Welcome to ltqd. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application.

1. Services

ltqd provides you with a tool to record, classify, and manage personal thoughts. This service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. User Guidelines

You must use this application legally. Since ltqd is a private, local thought recording tool, you are solely responsible for the content you record.

3. Intellectual Property

All interface, design, icons, and brand assets of ltqd belong to us. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Paid Services & Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Some premium features in the app may require unlocking via in-app purchases (IAP). If you choose an auto-renewing subscription:

• Renewal & Billing: Your Apple iTunes account will be charged automatically for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time in your iOS device settings via "Settings" -> "Apple ID" -> "Subscriptions". To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Restore Purchases: If your purchased features do not take effect after reinstallation or changing devices, you can tap "Restore Purchases" in the app to regain access for free.

This application is designed to assist in emotion management and stress relief, but it does not provide any professional psychological counseling or medical advice. If you experience severe mental distress, please seek professional help. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of this app.
